Being in samsara means being caught up in these delusions and thus helplessly causing ourselves to suffer\, being reborn again and again. Eliminating them from our mind is the achievement of nirvana. \nStudents will learn the fundamentals of the Buddhist model of the mind\, learning to distinguish between delusions and virtues\, and therefore how to stop suffering and its causes. \nOpen door\, open heart.
