Turn the light around and look within.
This is an introduction to a meditation course on mindfulness sheduled for the first 3 Tuesdays of October. The course will be available in person at the center or online. In today’s class we will experience, experiment, explore and encounter various types of meditation practices, including four ways of using the breath, mantra and silent meditations, and close with a forgiveness contemplation. There will be time for questions, comments, and the sharing of experiences and insights.
Time passes quickly
