Please join us for a day of meditation and reflection as we try to more deeply familiarize ourselves with the teachings and meditations presented in the ninth module of Discovering Buddhism. Participation is encouraged but only required for those seeking a certificate of achievement for this module.

This retreat day is also open to students who have not participated in this module of Discovering Buddhism.

Morning Session: 10:00 am to 12:00 PM

Lunch Break: 12:00 to 1:30 PM

Afternoon Session 1:30 to 3:30 PM
